Shipping and Delivery Policy

All our materials are meticulously packed in high-quality waterproof cartons to ensure their safety during transit.

Once your order has been confirmed, and the payment is completed, we will dispatch your products to the parcel services within 24-72 hours. Our team will consistently monitor each order to ensure prompt delivery.

Please note the following minimum purchase requirements:

• For orders within Tamil Nadu, the minimum purchase price should be Rs. 1999/- after applying any discounts.
• Free delivery is available for all orders exceeding Rs. 5000/- after applying discounts. Please note this offer is exclusively for orders from Tamil Nadu. Customers from other states will incur delivery charges, even if their order value exceeds Rs. 5000/-.
• If the order falls below Rs. 1999/- after applying discounts, the customer is responsible for collecting the materials from the nearest parcel services. In such cases, delivery charges apply.
• Orders successfully placed will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days. Please consider potential delays if there are public holidays or strikes during this period.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In the event of a confirmed order cancellation after processing, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted. This means that only 85% of the paid amount will be refunded.

Additionally, in case of order cancellation, the customer is responsible for bearing the delivery charges associated with the order.
